Who are we?
The Electronic Medication Management Stream is a network of SHPA members who work to optimise patient care and outcomes when deploying, building, analysing data or using digital systems such as electronic medication records, e-prescribing, dispensing software, automated dispensing systems, smart pumps and pharmacy robots.
Why join?
Join the Electronic Medication Management Interest Group if you want to access our network of EMM experts and peers through the Electronic Medication Management Discussion Forum. You don’t need to specialise in EMM to join the Electronic Medication Management Interest Group.

If you are an experienced EMM pharmacist or technician, why not apply to join the Electronic Medication Management Practice Group. Belonging to the Electronic Medication Management Practice Group gives you all the benefits of the Electronic Medication Management Interest Group, plus opportunities to support members of the Electronic Medication Management Interest Group and contribute to important SHPA work relating to EMM – including SHPA submissions relevant to EMM, and SHPA education in EMM.
Members of the Electronic Medication Management Practice Group are also eligible to nominate for election to the Electronic Medication Management Leadership Committee.
