Who are we?

The Oncology and Haematology Stream is a network of SHPA members who work to optimise best practice cancer care for oncology and haematology patients in inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory care or primary care settings where patients of any age receive pharmacy services. The Oncology and Haematology Stream set out to promote and foster education, research and communication in cancer pharmacy related issues.

Why join?

Join the Oncology and Haematology Interest Group if you want to access our network of cancer and haematology experts and peers through the Oncology and Haematology Discussion Forum. You don’t need to specialise in oncology or haematology to join the Oncology and Haematology Interest Group.

If you are an experienced oncology or haematology pharmacist, why not apply to join the Oncology and Haematology Practice Group. Belonging to the Oncology and Haematology Practice Group gives you all the benefits of the Oncology and Haematology Interest Group, plus opportunities to support members of the Oncology and Haematology Interest Group and contribute to important SHPA work relating to Oncology and Haematology – including Standard of Practice in Oncology and Haematology for Pharmacy Services, SHPA submissions relevant to oncology or haematology, and SHPA oncology or haematology education.

Members of the Oncology and Haematology Practice Group are also eligible to nominate for election to the Oncology and Haematology Leadership Committee.
