This webinar will provide an overview of the GEM@Home/Better at Home service model. This includes funding models from the Department of Health and the pharmacy manager perspective of setting up a new service model. This overview will include pilot evaluation, medication management issues including supply, EMR context, staffing and credentialing. The perspectives from both metro and regional experiences will be shared.
